When exporting spiral anti-corrosion steel pipes, in order to effectively protect the anti-corrosion layer, the outer layer of the spiral steel pipe needs to be packaged. However, during the container loading process, it is inevitable that the port of the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe will be damaged. When packing, a forklift is usually used to lift one end of the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe. Friction between the forklift and the inner wall of the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe will wear off a part of the anti-corrosion layer, which requires timely repair of the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe after loading. Below are the specific steps for repairing:

Below are the specific steps for repairing:
1: Remove the outer packaging of the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe port, so that the damage to the anti-corrosion layer can be seen more clearly.
2: Adjust the anti-corrosion raw materials required for the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe (do not add paint to the anti-corrosion paint).
3: Check the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipes from the bottom of the container in sequence, and mark any damaged ones with a marker pen.
4: Repair the marked anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe with a number six roller.
5: After repairing, wrap the outer packaging tape and stick it with transparent tape.
